The Process

We arrange a visit to your property to understand its features, your priorities, and your income goals if applicable. This is where we outline exactly how our service works and answer any questions you have.
We put everything in writing with a clear, transparent, and landlord-friendly lease agreement, giving you complete clarity and peace of mind from day one.
We will make some light improvements, add appliances, light furnishings, and set up security measures, e.g., lockbox, smart lock, etc. Before managing the operations of the property 24/7 handling all guest/tenant interactions.
You receive your guaranteed rent on the same date every month, regardless of occupancy, with no hidden costs or unexpected deductions.
